Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed over to our shipping partners.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Scorpi is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at heyscorpi@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

While we do our best to assist, Scorpi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
